There are currently four tiers of Boys Youth representative football in NSW:
- Football NSW Boys’ Youth League One – Top tier league of boy’s youth football in NSW
- Football NSW Boys’ Youth League Two – Second tier league of boy’s youth football in NSW
- Football NSW Boys’ Youth League Three – Third tier league of boy’s youth football in NSW
- Association Youth League (AYL) – The Association Youth League is a development opportunity for aspiring footballers between grassroots football and the National Premier Leagues NSW competitions.

The competition will consist of 30 rounds with a two week Championship series.
Championship Series:
Round 1
(Match 1) Semi Final – 1st vs 4th
(Match 2) Semi Final – 2nd vs 3rd
Round 2
(Match 3) Grand Final – Winner Match 1 v Winner Match 2
